How We Calculate the Transparency Score
We evaluate 5 publicly verifiable factors for each CRM. Each factor contributes 1 point to a maximum score of 5. All data is sourced directly from our products database — no invented facts, no editorial guesses.
Data export is shown as "Industry standard" across all CRMs. CSV/data export is a broadly available capability in all major CRM platforms (general industry knowledge) — we do not make CRM-specific claims about export formats that we cannot verify from our data.
Scores are objective and calculated directly from our structured product data. A CRM with a lower score is not necessarily a worse CRM — it may simply charge premium prices or require annual commitments that match its enterprise positioning. Use the score as one signal among many.
